Troubleshooting: It is normal for the fan to operate in Advanced Sleep Mode. The fan will automatically start oscillating after one hour, which is the default setting. Please ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft during installation, not the arc surface, as this can reduce the air output. It's possible that a timer was accidentally set before. Kindly check the settings and try it again. Check whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set screen off. When the fan is in screen-off mode, the operation panel will enter a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings, you need to press the panel twice – the first time to wake it up and the second time to make the adjustments.
